FAQ’s

  • For the first six months, there is no cost to Brokers. Lakefront Living covers all expenses, including the MLS RETS data feed, state page creation (including individual lake pages), blog creation & hosting, as well as LeadPost integration. After the initial six months, the only required expense for Brokers is the RETS feed, which averages $100 per month. Additionally, Brokers have the option to continue using LeadPost for a nominal monthly fee.

  • Yes, Lakefront Living asks for a standard 25% referral fee on any closed business via our website leads. Leads are tracked and managed through our CRM (Follow Up Boss).

  • We recognize that internet buyers often explore and register on multiple websites. As such, we ensure that any lead is excluded from the referral agreement once the Broker provides a signed Buyer Agreement.

  • About 95% of the 800+ MLS systems nationwide allow this activity. Lakefront Living’s web engineers would consult your specific MLS to comply with their rules & regulations.

  • No. You will have exclusive rights to all leads from within your MLS territory.
